Writer

Fiction

Kit was first published aged 10 after winning a short story competition, and hasn’t stopped writing since. Refusing to be confined to any one mode of storytelling, their work includes prose, short and feature film scripts, and stage plays. There’s more in-progress, always. Kit has been published and produced by SCAB Magazine, CultureClash Theatre, Now You Know Productions, and more. Get in touch with inquiries about upcoming projects.

Nonfiction

Covering a broad range of topics and styles, Kit’s work explores queer identity and performance. They’re interested in queering narratives and providing narratives for queer life; living as a trans person in the UK might have something to do with that. Their writing on arts and culture is founded on over a decade of professional theatre experience. Their previous work includes personal essays, video essays, and copy. They’re also the in-house writer for Hors Sujet, mainly focused on scripting for their video projects. If you’d like to commission Kit for your current or upcoming projects, get in touch.
